The Physics Education Study Program, Mulawarman University, held a meeting with representatives of Physics Education alumni on Thursday, August 25, 2022 in the Micreoteaching room of Faculty of Teacher Training and Education. There were 6 representatives of Physics Education alumni. This meeting was held in order to conduct discussions regarding suggestions to improve the quality of the Physics Education Study Program in the future. The representatives of the alumni provided various inputs and suggestions for the Physics Education Study Program. Alumni provide valuable input on curriculum that is relevant to the needs of industry and society. This discussion led to thoughts about adjusting learning programs to produce graduates who are better prepared to face real-world challenges. Discussion about research projects that have the potential to involve alumni, students, and lecturers. The possibility is open for closer collaboration between the Physics Education Study Program and industry, with the aim of producing research that is practically useful. |
